HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 2 working days and posted First Class Royal Mail.
If you need your order urgently, please get in touch and we will be happy to assist (email firstname.lastname@example.org).
HOW WILL MY ITEMS BE PACKAGED?
Everything will be lovingly wrapped in tissue and jewellery will be in a small gift bag.
If it is a gift for someone and you would like a special message please let us know. We can send direct to the recipient along with a handwriiten message.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COSTS?
We offer a flat rate shipping in the UK of £2.99 and send everything First Class Royal Mail.
North America & rest of world-
Tracked First Class £14.95
We also offer free local collection from Weybridge or Cobham, Surrey.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
We want you to be 100% happy with your items, so if something should arrive damaged or it is defective, then please do get in touch so we can resolve the issue.
We cannot take responsibility for items lost in the the post, but if this does happen please let us know and we can resolve the issue.
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we are unable to to offer return of earrings once they have been worn.
Should you need to start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com and we will send instructions on how and where to send your package.
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your item for whatever reason please get in touch to arrange a refund or an exchange. Refunds will only be offered if less than 28 days since purchase.
